of touching souls and hearts in order to move bodies to reach goals , also is
the experience of desire you want something, and it's a topic which was used in
armies in different ages to conquer enemies, nowadays motivation and
inspiration are used to change people mindset in different sectors such as :
sports, studies, companies, cinema ...etc., and it became a very interesting
field practiced by various type of professionals in order to enhance
capabilities of humans and be more creative and productive
So the way to encourage
yourself to succeed?
What must be done and what's not needed?

So what is failure?
Failure, by definition, can be
described as the opposite of success; missing the mark, not meeting a desirable
goal or intended target.
As a noun, failure can be
described as the "non-performance of something due, required or
expected"
In speech:

The car experienced engine failure.

He felt like a failure when he wasn't accepted into law school.

The business project was a complete failure.

She had failed at her marriage
Two types of failures
1. Utter failure
2. Temporary failure
Both are one in the same, but
by illustration they are quite different:
1. Utter failure
This sort is usually the
hardest to deal with, It has the highest potential for depression and
demotivation.
John had a great idea for a
business, his family and friends greatly endorsed and supported it, It was a
good idea. When the time was right he left his job, put his home as collateral
and invested his life savings into the project.
He ran the business
successfully for 4 years and was making good gains.
Things did not go as planned
however, in year 5 the warehouse he had purchased for inventory burnt down due
to acts of nature and he lost 90% of his stock and almost all his capital in
assets.
The insurance company failed
to cover the losses and he was left broke, and on the brink of homelessness.
2. Temporary failure
This type of failure can be
used synonymously with 'setback', Its outcomes are usually not that severe and
can be viewed upon as lessons:
Peter also had a great idea
for a business. He invested large sums of money into it and ran it successfully
for 4 years. In year 5 his business started to grow and the tasks became too
much for him to handle on his own, so he hired help, and enter his lifelong
friend Bob;
Bob turned out to be not the
best manager; he was the cause of a lot of staff resignations that year and
during his tenure the company lost a quarter of its key clientelle and the
business profits slumped.
Peter had failed his business,
temporarily, he could find an easy remedy to the problem and learn from his
error in judgement.
John on the other hand had it
harder. He experienced utter failure and defeat. He had to start over or move
on to a new project. He had more work to do, more to deal with, he had to get
his life back together.
Both men had failed, but on
different scales, both were left demotivated and discouraged, neither were failures
however.
Failure was an event that
happened to them which both could learn and grow from. A fitting word of

Consider these tips to motivate yourself today:
1. Goal setting
Often the answer to how to motivate yourself is to set
a goal. Lack of motivation is often a symptom of not having a goal. After all,
if you don't know where you are going, how are you going to get there?
One way of doing this (especially when you have a
large goal) is to break it down into smaller manageable tasks that can each be
seen as a separate goal. This helps motivate yourself to work, as each task
completed is an achievement and you can see the manifestation of your hard
work.
2. Make your tasks more exciting
A motivation killer is the thought that an everyday
task is going to be tedious or boring. It is a natural human response to try to
avoid tasks like this. However, you can defeat this mentality by making a task
more exciting and more of a challenge. Think about ways that you carry out this
task more efficiently and make it a competition to better how quickly you've
completed the task last time. Remember when the task is completed you can move
on, or treat yourself.
3. Think more positively
Thinking positively is one the favorite tips to
motivate yourself. This is because negative thoughts do contribute a lot to a
lack of motivation. So when you are looking at how to motivate yourself, let
your inner mind shift back to a time when you were thinking positively and
getting rid of negativity to get a good start.
When you catch yourself getting down, look for the
silver lining. It is there, however hard it is to spot at first.

4. Become accountable for your progress

evaluate your progress on a daily or weekly basis, and ask yourself how can I
improve on what I have done, so that next week (or tomorrow) you can motivate
yourself to work harder. Sometimes it is hard to keep yourself accountable, in
which case ask someone else to check in on you, so that you are accountable to
them.
5. Make a life change
If you think that you have exhausted all the tips to

mode and then sends positive affirmations that are able to help you motivate
yourself at frequencies that will help you stay alert and fully awake.
Subliminal audio communicates directly with the part of your brain that is
capable of changing your thoughts, behavior and habits, and thus is able to
help you motivate yourself.
8- Success of others
Success of famous people you admire can be extremely motivating. They don't
have to be movie stars, maybe they are just well known in your social circle.
Try to mimic what they did to get to where they are, get them to tell you
their secret way of motivating themselves when the going gets tough, and mimic
that too.
9- 30 days challenge
Commit to doing the things you have a hard time motivating yourself to do
for 30 days.
This is a psychological trick, as you make yourself believe that it is not
permanent, you just have to work on that boring task for just 30 days.
But usually by the time those 30 days end, you will be so used to working
on the task that you will need no additional motivation to just continue doing
it. Yeah, it's a hack, but don't tell anyone!

10- Choose friends wisely
Chose to be around friends that motivate you and support what you are
doing. Hang out less with those that bring you down.
While it may be hard to do so, especially if they are your childhood
friends, think about what their friendship brings to your life.
Often times you will surprise yourself with what you find, unfortunately in
a negative way.
If that is indeed the case, that is the perfect time to drop those friends
and start hanging out with the ones that are more aligned towards your current
life situation.
The best way to motivate yourself is by combining all of the five ways
listed. Some work better than others, and they all work differently for
different people, as we are after all unique individuals with unique goals and
experiences.
