The ability to manage your time effectively is one of the key ingredients in getting the life and the business you want. As an interested in Motivation, I have so many projects it would boggle your mind – all of them spinning at once. And it's not just me who are busy, it's most people. Time management is an issue for most of my clients. It seems that I get everything running smoothly and WHAM, I'm faced with another project.  For example, one project was finding a healthier version of me. So finding the time to move all of this on a daily basis has been a struggle. And just when I worked that out (excuse the pun) I hit another project idea. I decide I want to record all my stories. All of them. There's a lot.  It's a BIG project. And, of course, I want it done yesterday. So here's what always happens. I walk around with this cloud over my head that says "Record Your Stories" in big flashing letters. It's beside the one that says "...

          I was miserable in my life. I didn't like wakin' up , I ain't have no purpose , I didn't know what I was supposed to be doing.  On October 8, 1985, I walked in a comedy club for the first time, signed up for the following week.  The following week, a girl took me down there, she said, " You got to go to comedy club, you the funniest person I've ever met" . I'd never even heard of comedy clubs. I'm 27. I walked into the comedy club, I sign up for the following week. I'm gonna sit here and learn. I knew I was funny, I just didn't know what to do with it. They had 10 acts go up. Nine of 'em went up, I didn't laugh at one joke. I was just sittin' there just, " Man, I wished that was me. Man, they shoulda said this. "  Every joke they told, I knew the punch line before they said it, and I wrote a better punch line in my mind, what they shoulda said. It got to guy number 10, they called his name, ...

      who speaks to the broken ? Who speaks to the individuals that are still in the process? Who speaks to the individual that doesn't want to live anymore?  I was talk into myself and I was telling my story, I couldn't read until I was 16 I buried my mother to a heroin overdose, My father was a hitman I used to sneak into crack houses to sleep next to my mom to make sure she was safe at night.  But through all the chaos and all the pain God built a warrior , So when all see King Hollis and everytime I drop a speech I'm dropping it for you That person that wants to give up on this life, I'm dropping it for you That person that don't know that they have gratness inside of them, I'm dropping this for you.   SEE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GOOD PLAYER AND A GREAT PLAYER, SEE THAT GOOD PLAYER DOES JUST THE MINIMUM TO GET BY, THE GREAT PLAYER PUSHES HIS BODY PASSED THE LIMIT RELEASE EVERY SINGLE DROP OF BLOOD ON THE FIELD, AND WHATEVER ...

You can NOT be truly successful in life if you are NOT truly yourself. Don’t try and fit in to the world around you – be yourself and allow the right people to fit in to your world. The truth is, you will never win in life by being someone you are not.             You can not… EVER… live the life of your dreams by settling for someone else’s idea of what you should be doing with your life. 
 You will never… EVER… be happy if you change who you are to fit in with others. Until you accept, and embrace who you are – you are destined to live a life at only a mere fraction of your potential.           It is simply impossible to be genuinely happy, when you are not genuinely yourself.
 You must be yourself if you want to experience your true purpose in life.
 Repeat to yourself every day: I am different… THAT IS WHY I WIN! I am UNIQUE… and that is why I AM GREAT.
